This post was inspired through personal moments I have encountered within a months’ time! I have discussed with others on how great it is to simply allow God to direct your path while you move accordingly.

Me directing my life
Psalm32:8 says “I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye.” (KJV)
This process can be VERY uncomfortable at times because He believes in growth, and with growth, comes change. Being forced out of our comfort zone is not always the best feeling. But it is best for us. You can’t grow within the same surroundings, and options because you can only deal with the same things. This whole ideal of change can take place in different aspects of your life. My change was dealing with my education, career and atmosphere to be a vessel. The next persons will not be the same as mine or anyone else. And sometimes He can ask you to change certain ways or habits that you have become accustomed to. Or the way you think mentally. He may want to take you out of the settling mindset that you have allowed yourself to partake in for years. Only you and Jehovah know what it is that He is trying to work through your life.
And it will more than likely take some tears, failures, and many difficult trials until you realize that He is putting you through this for growth and change. They say it won’t be easy but it will be worth it. Who likes the easy way out anyway? You cherish things more when you remember how much hell you had to go through to get it or be where you are now, after you have been through it all plus more! You have to be forced out of your comfort zone, it is a part of your story.
The way He sets things up and lead you from this situation to that or connect you with this person or random thing, for a particular reason; the process is really amazing.
The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord: and he delighteth in his way. Psalm 37:23
He is AWESOME. And it’s more crazy when you see Him move on the little things that will impact the rest of your life but you’re so busy living for now that you may overlook that conversation you shared with someone, or that crazy thought that came to you in the wee hours of the night or morning, that pretty much gave you a highlight of what He sees in your future. You just never know. God prides himself on working in your life in ways that only HE can achieve and for you to sit back and say, “This is no one BUT GOD.”
Settle down guys and give your Life to Him. Let Him save you and send you to your calling so you can be the most effective in His body.
Now, this doesn’t happen by just sitting and then pow you hear from God. You must seek Him and develop a one-of-a-kind relationship. He knows you but let him know more and see that you want to know Him on a different level besides going to church, listening to sermons, and praying because you know these are all things you are supposed to do. Do these things with purpose, and do more. Have the goal to know God for who He is and who He is to you.
Give your life to Christ. Study the word. Live by the word. Spread the word and give back to His ministry(this can be done in millions of ways, He will show you how He shall use you!)
Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. 6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
And ask yourself now, Who Runs Your Life? You or God?
With love as always,
